Mr. Wells has practiced law in Tulsa for 4 ½ years. During the first four years of his career, he served as a prosecutor in Tulsa County on the Domestic Violence, Organized Crime, and Special Victim’s Units. During his time as a prosecutor, Mr. Wells served as first chair in multiple jury and non-jury trials.
In 2024, Mr. Wells changed his career path to focus on Civil Litigation. Since joining Jayne Peters McVicker Burke Askew & Parker as an associate, Mr. Wells has focused his practice primarily on general civil litigation, trust disputes, real property disputes, contractual disputes, insurance defense, protective orders, and some criminal defense.
